About Blue Collar Elite

Blue Collar Elite (BCE) connects Employers with reliable, quality hires, for the Trades (Plumbing/HVAC/Refrigeration).  BCE was developed out of a need voiced by contractors across North America.  You blogged, brainstormed, networked and even made some local efforts.  We heard you and are responding to the call!  Owners and managers have expressed for years the challenge of having enough quality employees to get jobs done.  Thus, BCE was born!

In many cases, the search for new hires can be time consuming and costly, especially if they don't work out.  We set out to change how things are done.  You need them, we have them.  If we don't have them, we'll find them and/or create them.  That's right! Part of our Mission is to address the impending deficit of skilled labor in the U.S.  Every hire that we place allows us to further our message in the communities we serve.
